What are your tasks?

The management of single or multiple projects at ENGINEERING clients. In my current project, 7,500 workstations, incl. site consolidation, were relocated.

What do you like about your work?

As a senior consultant/project manager, I advise stakeholders, plan, organise and manage projects that require the cooperation of professionals from different fields. I enjoy this very much. I also coordinate all the employees, departments and external service providers involved.

During implementation, I always keep an eye on the schedule, budget and quality and use appropriate methods and tools.

What brought you to ENGINEERING?

I chose ENGINEERING because I have the opportunity to work on exciting projects at various companies in the health industry. In addition, the friendly, human and familiar environment within ENGINEERING as well as the excellent training opportunities continue to convince me.

What do you particularly like about ENGINEERING?

ENGINEERING offers a friendly, human and familiar environment and togetherness. That is very important to me. The customers and the projects are very exciting. ENGINEERING offers very good career opportunities and a wide range of training possibilities. Furthermore, I like the social commitment very much.

What additional ENGINEERING offers can you recommend?

I find the actions and events of ENGINEERING in general very good and committed. Among other things, I liked the action “Bees Campaign 2022”. Every employee who was interested could get flower seeds from the Thousand Gardens initiative to plant for the bees.

With the campaign, ENGINEERING also shows responsibility for the environment with a focus on the bees.
