What is your role in ENGINEERING?

Currently, I am mainly working for one client. I look after this client with a strong team. My tasks there include project work, such as updating the international infrastructure and small projects. In my second role, I am responsible for managing the operational service desk in all areas and day-to-day issues.

What brought you to ENGINEERING?

In 2013, I had completed my training as an IT systems clerk and was looking for a new employer, as my training company was not taking on any trainees. At that time, I had looked around Germany for a job and came to ENGINEERING. The teamwork within ENGINEERING already convinced me back then.

What do you like about your work?

The numerous, different tasks and challenges make the work exciting. You develop a little further every day. As part of a really great team, everyone plays their part in the success of the individual projects.
Also, the cooperation with our Italian parent company always brings variety – the one or other espresso break and a piece of different culture create a versatile working environment. The trusting cooperation is also important to me: you always get the opportunity to speak completely openly about all topics with the management.

What does it mean to you to work at ENGINEERING?

Despite the size of the company, ENGINEERING has become a kind of second family for me over the past eight years. It’s fun every day to tackle the new tasks together.
